Deposits

• $20 deposit required for full set  
• Card on file 

Cancellations/ rescheduling 

• we understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to give us a chance to fill your appointment 
• failure to give a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% service fee charge 

No shows 

• no shows will result in a 100% service charge 
• arrival 20 minutes past appointment time will be considered a no show 

Pets & children 

• unfortunately pets and children are not covered under the business insurance therefore we kindly ask that they do not attend your appointment with you
